$3,000 initial order, and $750 minimum reorders
Maintain $10,000 in annual sales
- Brick and mortar showroom, or designer workshop/storage
- Reasonable approach to dealing with returns and damages

Requirements
$6,500 initial/renewal order, and $1,500 minimum reorders
Maintain $30,000 in annual sales
- One or more brick and mortar locations
- Warehouse/ability to store extra product
- Willingness to work on discount program for shipping mistakes and minor concealed damage

Requirements
$15,000 initial/renewal order, and $2,500 minimum reorders
Maintain $60,000 in annual sales
- Multiple Locations
- Warehouse and Repair/Shop area
- Must have a capability and willingness to do basic solid wood repairs
- Closeout area to sell irregular, repaired, slightly damaged product
All requirements must be maintained in order to remain qualified at a certain price level.
If any requirements of the respective price level are not met, then HTD reserves the right to place the Customer at a lower price level in accordance with its needs.
1 HTD will contact you with a shipping quote upon order placement.
2 Includes having solid wood and other furniture repaired, rather than replaced when possible.
3 Renewal fee - minimum reorder amount required to once again be qualified for level. Applied if any of the respective tier’s requirements are not met - not an annual requirement.
4 Customer agrees to work with Company on a percentage off when there are damages/concealed damages, rather than asking for complete replacements and/or large discounts from pricing. Customer is responsible for photographing incoming shipments in packaging (prior to opening) to assist if there are damage claims.
